The main concept of the building is an abstract expression of body muscle tissues integrated with bionic technologies. The expressive skeleton form of structure [bionic technologies] integrating with the use of concave and convex shells and solid geometries [body muscle tissues] to represent the form of the building program and tiding in with a suspended running track to define the perimeter of the training center.
Housing / Living units: there are 75 units for paralympic athletes and coaches, with an incredible view of downtown Los Angeles.
The training center has four stairs, two way ramps, and an elevator. Which makes the circulation very clear and easy.
People can find several athletes training at the center such as judo, cycling, running, swimming and wheelchair basketball. The community includes a large aquatic sports area, indoor sports hall, running track, gathering hall, three housing unit levels, two underground parking levels ,media center, gift shop and public coffee shop.
